Synopsis - Rolling Admissions Fiscal Year 2016 

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, on behalf of the Naval Sea Systems Command and the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (partners NAVSUP, NAVAIR, SPAWAR and NAVFAC) along with other Navy activities and Marine Corps, is conducting a rolling admission per the terms and conditions of the SeaPort Enhanced (Seaport-e) Multiple Award Contracts.

Receiving a contract from the SBIR/STTR program and developing technology from that contract is the first step to realizing your company’s success. The third and final SBIR/STTR solicitation for 2015 is scheduled  for pre-release on August 27th and will fully open on September 28th. Proposals are due October 28th.
